WHO WE ARE:   First, we live in Paris, just besides the Eiffel tower !

This is in 1997 that we imagined  to put daily photos of the Eiffel Tower and in 1998 that we started selling products worlwide (souvenirs, decorations, ...) thru the Internet, proposing also to customers to shop for them in Paris on demand: (Perfumes, fashion, decorations...).

As Noelle and Frederique have been living in PARIS 7eme since their births and as they live  very close to the Eiffel Tower (one of tehir favorite places in Paris), they created a free access WEB site : www.artday.com , publishing every day their own photos of the Tower. Accesses and E-mails grew rapidly, and more and more people requested Paris souvenirs and shopping on demand, so Noelle and Frederique created a second WEB Site : www.babiole.com with the objective to propose products and services dedicated to PARIS and the Eiffel Tower.

Artday.com & Babiole.com have now together more than 8000 visitors per day (with a pick of 12000 per day during the first week of the new millennium). Since the opening of babiole.com , more than 10000  clients bought products and services to us. A large majority of them are located in the US. 52% of our clients have ordered several times.

To better serve our clients, we  have started to be present at Sacramento in 2000 and we opened a 1-800 Toll Free number in 1999.

Additionally, we have a shop in Paris since 1999, 22 rue du Champ de Mars (5 mns walk from the Eiffel Tower), where we are used to receive our clients coming from worldwide. We are pleased to offer them personal gifts for these occasions !

Artday & Babiole'Shop was established to do busines in the E-commerce and services thru the Internet.

The two principals of the Company are:

  Noelle FANECHERE, founder and developer of the the WEB Sites. She is mainly focused on sales and WEB design. She got a Masters in private Law, Institut Francais de Presse, from the PARIS University of Droit and has more than a 8 years Internet experience.

Frederique SAINFLOU participated from the start in the Company. She is now mainly in charge to take care of the clients thru the packaging and delivery. Our clients greatly appreciate Frederique's sense of service. In addition, Frederique participates to our WEB sites ergonomy thanks to her artistic talents. She got a DEA in Social Anthropology from the Sorbonne, Paris, and has the experience of a Chief Editor in an advertising company dealing with PARIS fashion and art.

The objective of ''Artday & Babiole' Shop is to sell products ( more than 400 different products) associated the Eiffel tower and to propose specific associated services like shopping on demand for worldwide consumers.

The activities of ''Artday & Babiole' Shop address four specific segments of Market:

Business To Consumers: Mainly through the group of WEB Sites with E-Commerce capabilities (operational since 5 years).

Business To Business: Through volume sales related to events (weddings, parties, Communication campaigns ...) and sales to retailers.

Premium Remote Services: Which consist of customized shopping done by persons from the considered city able to advise consumers in selecting and buying: Perfumes, Fashion, hotels, restaurants, arts ...).

Since the beginning, Artday & Babiole'Shop has been developing its business in each of these activities.

Logistics activities cover :

Packaging, customization and management of delivery worldwide.

Monitoring, handling and follow-up of delivery delays.
